“Maybe the weighing machine is wrong” this is what I thought when I step off the weighing scale. But whenever I see myself in mirror, I dont look that huge, but there is a scientific reason behind that. Mirror only give 2d image which makes you look different, mostly kinda good.
I think I lack discipline, will to avoid. Everyone gets tempted, which I think uncontrollable sense or feeling, but not falling for that and remembering your goal is quite important.If remembering why you have started does not help you avoid your temptations then I would say your goal does not motivate you.
From today onward till July 31,
- I will be trying minimalist diet.
More Greens, almost zero carbs and low fat - Will be doing portion control
- Hiking twice a week
- Strength training 6 days a week
- Running 4 days a week
What RESULTS I am looking forward to
- Come back to 100 Kgs in a month
- Climb Grouse Grind under one hour
- Run 5K easily
